点评：I got red wine spilled all over me by an inexperienced waitress opening a bottle of wine and waving it around in the air. It wasn’t even for our table. She had zero awareness and offered no apology. The same waitress spent the next few hours wandering around cleaning tables with a face like thunder. There was a large rowdy party in singing football chants and screeching. The atmosphere felt like Wetherspoons. The pizza was dreadful, soggy stale dough - inedible. You really should have policies preventing customers from singing football chants repeatedly and please teach your staff how to open wine. The 2nd waitress tried to open a bottle of cremant with the cork facing towards us - twice! Please send your staff on a customer service training. The standards have slipped massively, I don’t know how some of the staff got through the interview process.
