Beautiful place, mediocre everything else.

点评：Ive never written a review of a place before - but even after x amount of months, I feel the need to write a review about this “heaven”.
I will give the place credit for the beautiful scenery and interior. But that’s when there’s nothing nice left to say.
The hospitality is awful, I’ve gotten better hospitality and professionalism from places where they’re have been an enormous amount of people to tend towards. I understand that rules are rules and will follow them but my mother in law had bought a new an unused bathing suit with a honestly small skirt on it - that was not acceptable, and was so let known in a harsh and unwelcoming tone that she would need to get out of the water. In all fairness if it goes against there rules, then that’s what it is - but to have such an ugly tone towards guest is unprofessional, she was left feeling very uncomfortable. But if you wanna make TikTok’s in the pool or even wear hats in the pool, then it’s totally fine. There’s nothing that says relaxing than having you getting filmed in the pool by people making multiple TikTok’s and killing the relaxing vibe.
When it comes to the dining - it’s was fair, not the best, not the worst. But we were asked if we wanted to order wine, and we agreed - when it came to the choosing of wine - the waitress didn’t know the names, taste or any significant details about the wines - that’s great when ordering expensive wine, really adds to the classy vibes they’re trying to pull off. When we received the wine, we didn’t get to taste nor get it poured it was added to the end of the table and she just walked away.
Someone was also actively drowning and the first to help was a guest. Glad to see he didn’t get a fine for jumping in, in his clothes - points for that….
When it came to leaving, it was getting right about closing and we were asked to leave, in all fairness that’s just protocol. But the problems was our car hadn’t come to pick us up. This was received badly and we was hushed out because they were planning on eating dinner, and so we needed to go. Well…the reason that we didn't get picked up in time was because our driver wouldn’t let through the gates to the place! LUCKILY at last he got let through and we could go.
We were all in agreement about this being the most uninspiring outing of our whole Egypt trip. If you wanna see old castles or places like this I will recommend another place unless you want to pay top dollar for mediocre quality of experience.

当时还有人溺水，第一个伸出援手的竟是另一位客人。很高兴看到他穿着衣服跳下去救人后也没被罚款——这一点值得点赞……
至于离开的时候……当时已经快关门了，我们被要求离开。说实在的，这只是惯例而已。但问题是，来接我们的车还没到。这引起了不满，因为我们被赶走了——他们正准备吃晚饭，所以我们必须离开。嗯……我们没能及时被接走的原因是，我们的司机无法让车通过那里的闸门！幸运的是，最后他终于被放行了，我们才能离开。我们一致认为，这是我们整个埃及之行中最乏味的行程。如果你想参观古老的城堡或类似景点，我建议选择其他地方——除非你愿意花大价钱却只获得体验质量平平的旅行。
