点评:We went to Pumpkin Hollow on Oct. 17, 2026. The traffic directors were good. That is the last positive thing I have to say...
When I say we "went" to Pumpkin Hollow, I mean that we drove there and waited in line. Forty five minutes after joining the line, we were only halfway through.
Apparently, you can buy tickets online and you won't be punished with a line that takes up half your nigh. If you don't do that you're SOL. There was no signal so forget about trying to buy them when you get there. Apparently, whoever runs this place lacks the smarts to have more than one gigantic line spilling out onto the road. The line eventually splits into four once you get close to the front, so an hour and a half after joining the line, if you haven't frozen to death, you'll have the privelege of paying $30/person ($50 if you are done wasting your night in lines and get the fast pass), you have, if you are EXTREMELY lucky, two hours to go through everything. Why are they not opening up more windows and splitting up that big, stupid line?
If the owners decide to come back with a smart mouth reply about buying tickets online, I will say this: people shouldn't have to wait that long in a line for something that is only open for three and a half hours, regardless of how they got the tickets. Get it together and open up more windows. If you can't manage that, lower the price to reflect the fact that people will hardly get to do anything before closing.
This business doesn't seem to have the integrity to tell people who joined the line at 9:00 that they won't get to do anything; they're happy to let them wait all that time and pay all that money for a half an hour experience.
Bottom line: WE LEFT. We didn't bother buying tickets. We don't have time for this crap or the attitude behind it. We will not be back and will go spend our money in KY at a haunt that we enjoyed before and doesn't pull this BS.
