Jenny Lake Boating的点评
点评：Right after our stop at the Mormon Row Historic district, we were dropped off here by our tour guide because it was another one of the stops on our day-long tour of the Grand Tetons.
We had a choice of the hour-long Scenic Cruise on Jenny Lake or the 10-minute rides to and from the area with the self-guided Lakeshore hiking trails. We chose the latter. Once we disembarked, we hiked up to the Hidden Waterfall and Cascade Canyon a half mile up. Another hike half a mile up the mountain after a brief break, and we made it to Inspiration Point. The path was a little steep in places and there was loose gravel here. We were thankful for our non-skid shoes. And Wow… the views from there were simply amazing…!
The operation from the boating docks was smooth and well-run. The boats run continuously. We were there early and so there were no lines.
This was a wonderful aerobic activity to start us off on our tour. Glad we finished it fairly early before it got too hot.
