点评:While my experience of buying Norfolk goods here, to have my feedback comment regarding one purchase taken down three times by the person who runs their social media page I find is very bad customer service indeed. Surely any decent person would want customer feedback, good or bad. I purchased lots of Norfolk goodies last week along with their 'cheese, ham and leek' quiche. Now... I politely pointed out that I had to bin it on my picnic on the beach as their choice of cheese was salty and mixing it with an already salty ham left a very unpleasant taste on my palate. At no point was I rude on my feedback, so for the person who admins their page, 'I guess the man that runs the shop', to take down my comment not once, but three times shows his utter disrespect of paying customers! I will from now on by the nice Norfolk goodies direct from the sellers and I will never set foot in this shop again!!! Having read others comments it seems that there is a trend of the man disrespecting customers, I really should have read the other comments before handing over my money time and again.
Sorry Norfolk Deli guy, your behaviour has now lost my custom.
My advice is, "If you can't take genuine feedback and want people silenced then running a business is maybe not for you"!
