High Tea Terrible Service never again

点评：We booked High Tea at the Spinnaker Tower, the cost at £45 per person which was £90 all in. We thought it was expensive, but as it was a one off and a special occasion we thought, why not. We booked online and it asks you for any dietary requirements ie allergies etc. We asked for one lot of Sandwiches to be make with no spread or mayonise which didn't seem to much of a problem. We checked in and the person at check in even comfirmed the Sandwiches without the spread and mayo all good.
So we made our way up on the lift to the viewing level, the views were amazing, eventually we made our way up the to the High Tea level, even higher and even better views it's amazing.
The high tea was served at 14:00 apart from a missing scone from my Cream Tea! The girls serving
apologised for the mix up, no problems, but to wait 30 minutes for a scone to be served is absolutely unreasonable £90 for High Tea for two and no scone is not good. Normally I wouldn't care but the expense and the sheer lack of care and no complementary drink or anything, my partners sandwiches also had spread and mayo included even after all the assurances and unfortunately she couldn't eat them! What was supposed to be a lovely High Tea was a complete and utter waste of money terrible service.
