Best Karma treatment ever!

点评：It was on my birthday on 9th August 2026
and I booked a karma treatment at the Kaya spa at the tribe hotel. I went with my friend. We were met and warmly greeted by 2 beautiful receptionists called Peninah and Anne. They were very patient with us and offered help and sensible solutions as there has been a mix up in our booking. Additionally they arranged later for a surprise slice of cake with plate decorated with happy birthday wishes and my name....I was so touched!
After relaxing in the steam room for some minutes, we proceeded to the treatment room where we received the most effective, relaxing and karma treatment and massage. Aurelia was the name of my therapist and Purity the name of my friend's therapist. They are professional and it's like our body muscles were communicating to them as they were administering the treatment and massage just in the right ways in which our bodies were yearning for. We really enjoyed and relaxed.
Then last but not least, Anne at the reception helped us during checkout and we left very happy , relaxed and rejuvenated.
The herbal tea they serve at the spa, is authentic and out of this world! I will be back soon!

他们在水疗中心提供的草药茶堪称正宗至极、美味绝伦！我很快就会再来的！
