点评：I visited Bahia Palace during my trip to Marrakech and would rate it 4/5 overall.
The queue to get tickets can be moderately long. One thing to note is that buying tickets through the official website doesn’t seem to work properly. You can get tickets from partner sites like GetYourGuide, but they are more expensive. Also, the ticket office only accepts cash, so make sure you bring some with you.
When we visited, there were quite a lot of people around, which made it difficult to get good photos in some areas. If you want better pictures and a quieter experience, it’s best to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon when there are fewer crowds.
The palace itself is huge and really beautiful, full of character and history. The architecture is stunning and there are so many details to admire. The Arabic doors on display were particularly fascinating—the craftsmanship is incredible and they are simply beautiful. The tiled courtyards, carved wooden ceilings, and decorative patterns throughout the palace are impressive and well worth seeing.
The gardens were a bit of a disappointment compared to the rest of the palace. They’re nice but not as impressive as the buildings themselves. Also, some parts of Bahia Palace are currently undergoing repairs, so a few areas are closed or partially covered.
That said, it’s still a must-see in Marrakech. It’s also close to several other tourist spots, so it’s easy to combine with other places when exploring the city.
