Beautiful Retreat, Culinary Experience Below Expectations

点评：We booked Château Roslane as a quiet and relaxing retreat, hoping to enjoy a high standard of international cuisine after our time in the desert. The property itself is beautifully located outside Meknès, the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful, and the pool area provides a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. In this regard, an important part of our expectations has certainly been fulfilled.
However, we were unfortunately disappointed by the dining experience. Service times were unexpectedly long, and considering the pricing level, we found the food quality below expectations. For a Relais & Châteaux property, where guests naturally expect an exceptional culinary experience, we believe there is considerable room for improvement. We share this feedback constructively and with the hope that the gastronomic offering can evolve to better reflect the otherwise very positive qualities of the hotel.
