Camp cancelled at short notice
Manusurf School & Camp的点评
点评：We booked my son and his friend onto the surf camp for one week-in August 2025 at Sables d’Olonnes . We planned our own holiday around this travelling from the Uk by ferry and booking an apartment at nearby Tranche sur mer for myself, my husband and son number two.
The evening before we were due to depart for France, the camp was cancelled with no explanation. It was too late to claim any money back on the ferry or the apartment so we had to proceed.
We attempted to book an alternative camp through another provider - Ocean Adventure- which looked very similar and was also in Sables d’Olonnes. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it was at Manusurf! There was no camp happening and still no proper explanation.
We were exasperated and the boys were hugely disappointed. The communications were terrible.
We did get a full refund from both manusurf and our ocean Adventures but we spent the week squeezed into an apartment which wasn’t designed to accommodate 5. It wasn’t the holiday we had hoped for.
I would never book with Manusurf again - be warned.
