点评：Friends recommended this museum to me as a detour on my drive back to London, and I really enjoyed it. I could have stayed all day - I love a good aviation museum, and found things here I did not know about. Army flying and air co-op is really important for any military service and this explained the history and importance of it clearly and ins plenty of detail. Strange seeing the DH Chipmunk as a museum piece now, a plane I have flown in ! The recreations and historical detail on show are excellent, and a lot of effort has gone into this place to show how the Army flies, in contrast to the RAF. There's a huge variety of machines and equipment here, all laid out well. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, there's plenty of free parking and the entry price is reasonable.
