点评：Listen, I don't hand out five stars like free crisps, but the Cleveland Arms earned every single one.
Let's talk about Will. That man runs the bar like it owes him money, in the best way. He's quick, he's funny, he remembered what we were drinking before we'd even made it back to the bar, and he served it all with just enough cheek to keep us on our toes. Customer service is clearly an art form to him, and frankly other pubs should be taking notes. Will, if you ever read this: you're iconic, never change.
The pub itself is all warmth and good vibes, the kind of place where "just one drink" turns into a whole evening and nobody's mad about it. Drinks were spot on, the atmosphere was buzzing, and we left happier than we arrived.
Five stars. Would've given six, but TripAdvisor won't let me. Go, and ask for Will.
