点评:Only recently re-opened and I hope this place is a success. But it’s got a way to go! We arrived shortly before our 7pm booking. Several other tables arrived a few minutes later suggesting there were numerous bookings for 7pm. Staff took our order (eventually) and we then waited for almost an hour for food to arrive. Bookings really need to be staggered to allow the kitchen to run smoothly. The food was ok. Plates were very ’busy’ with food piled on top. I couldn’t see my steak until I pushed potatoes and onion rings to one side. I asked for medium-rare sirloin - it was well done with no pink at all. We all agreed the food was acceptable but expected better for the price we paid. A solid 7/10 but with the competition in the area this place needs to do better both in terms of service and food quality. Will be back soon to try the Sunday lunch which we hear good things about…..
