Beautiful but welcome was lacking
Hope Hill Lavender Farm的点评
点评：The farm so pretty with a beautiful back drop of hills all around. The lavender was still lovely in spite of being over the peak- smelled amazing! The welcome from the owner had a lot to be desired- the other employees were very welcoming! Wendy scolded us for not making reservations when we only had a group of 11 and no mention on the website that we needed to, just to visit the farm. There were about 2 other Mennonite groups there and she thought other people wouldn't feel welcome with all the Mennonites walking around (was maybe 25 people spread throughout the fields/store) We saw her being rude to her employees- scolding and eye rolling.
Ice cream was delicious! Lemonade- only tasted like lemon. We saw the lavender syrup settled at the bottom of the pitcher, but they didn't stir it before pouring in cups so no lavendar lemonade for us:(
Okay to visit again just for the smell and beauty....ut be prepared for some rudeness

翻译：农场很漂亮，四周环绕着连绵起伏的山丘，景色宜人。薰衣草虽然过了盛花期，但依然美丽芬芳！农场主的待客之道令人失望，其他员工倒是很热情！我们一行只有11人，网站上也没有提到参观农场需要预约，温迪却责备我们没有提前预约。当时农场里还有另外两组门诺教徒，她觉得其他人会因为门诺教徒在农场里走来走去而感到不自在（大概有25个人分散在田地和商店里）。我们看到她对员工态度恶劣，又是训斥又是翻白眼。
冰淇淋很好吃！柠檬水只有柠檬味。我们看到薰衣草糖浆沉淀在罐底，但他们倒进杯子前没有搅拌，所以我们没喝到薰衣草柠檬水:(
如果只是为了这里的香气和美景，还可以再去一次……但要做好被粗鲁对待的心理准备。
