Terrible Staff Behaviour - Ruined Our Day!
The Great Escape Water Park的点评
点评：We had a joyful full-day trip at Great Escape Resort, but when leaving, our sandals went missing. A guard was supposedly searching for them, but we couldn't find him anywhere. When we insisted on checking the CCTV, that same guard suddenly appeared with our sandals and blamed us, saying we kept them elsewhere. A helper spoke rudely, and when we objected, the entire staff gathered around us, blaming us instead of helping. No apology, no courtesy - just pure disrespect. Pathetic management and zero professionalism.
I can't give the rating 0 that's why I rated it 1 I need to give them the rating -10/10
Nonsense staff and unsecured lockers
The main reason is of robbery when we forcedfully said to check the CCTV we Finded the sandles almost instantly

I was thinking to give them 10/10 before all this stuff
