The Donkey Sanctuary的点评
点评：Third visit to the Donkey Sanctuary and it just keeps getting better and better (for the donkeys and us humans) more paddocks, more barns, it has grown alot since our first visit.
It was a very hot day when we visited and yet all the donkeys seemed happy and were eating or grooming each other or couldn't wait to get to the sand area for a well earned roll around. The walk round takes as long as you want it to. First thing in the morning you get the chance to see them in their stables (large glass windows) and then why not take a break for a coffee or late breakfast in the Kitchen cafe and afterwards another walk around will surely allow you to see them out in the numerous paddocks. Where ever they are they can be seen interacting with each other, grooming one another, rolling around and even coming over to the fences for you to pat and stroke them.
We had adopted Cleo for a friend and she was easily spotted in paddock 4. All the paddocks have picture galleries so its a great game trying to identify whichever donkey you see.
They are obviously well looked after, we saw one donkey Will having his white patches rubbed with what we believe was sunscreen and he was having a fine time with the keeper as she tried her best to apply the lotion. Some were wearing hoods but they still come over to interact with you. One even was wearing some kind of booties or socks on his front hooves yet he was gambling around.
Admission and parking are free so you have no excuse not to visit and if you are able why not adopt a donkey before you leave!
It's a great place to spend a few hours if not more.

入场和停车都是免费的，所以你没有任何理由不来参观。如果你有时间，为什么不在离开前领养一头驴呢！
这里是一个消磨几个小时甚至更长时间的好地方。
