Outstanding Experience — Thank You, Michelle!

点评：We recently planned a graduation celebration for my two sons at Water Wizz Water Park in August 2026, with approximately 30 guests, and I could not have been more pleased with the experience!
A BIG special thank-you goes to Michelle Tocco, Director of Sales & Marketing, who was absolutely outstanding to work with from start to finish. I had a lot of questions while planning the event, and Michelle was incredibly patient, responsive, helpful, and professional. She made the planning process so much easier and gave me confidence that everything would come together the way we hoped.
With a large water park, hundreds of guests, and what I would estimate is a workforce of 50–100 employees, I honestly expected that there might be a hiccup or two. We did have one unfortunate interaction with a "security guard" who was unnecessarily rude and would not stop talking long enough to actually listen to what I was trying to explain to him. However, this is where Michelle stood out yet again. She immediately stepped in, came to my rescue, and handled the situation professionally and appropriately. I truly appreciated having someone like her there to advocate for us and make sure the situation was resolved.
And honestly, that was the only issue we experienced during the entire event. With approximately 30 guests in our group and hundreds of other people enjoying the park, I think that is pretty impressive! Managing a large operation with a young workforce and so many guests is no easy task, and overall, the staff did a fantastic job.
Our graduation celebration was a wonderful experience, and Michelle deserves a lot of credit for helping make it such a success for us. She went above and beyond, and her customer service is a great reflection of what a business wants its guests to experience.
Thank you, Michelle, and thank you, Water Wizz! We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to coming back again. I would absolutely recommend Water Wizz for anyone considering a group event or celebration! 💦🎓❤️
