点评:I attended U.S. Open Fan Week last night with my wife to see the Roger Federer Icon event. Unfortunately, what should have been a memorable experience became a very disappointing one due to extremely poor crowd and security management.
The security staff at the entrance appeared unprofessional, unprepared, and unable to provide basic information. Guests were stopped from entering without explanation, only to be allowed in approximately 15 minutes later. Once inside the grounds, gaining access to Arthur Ashe Stadium involved another delay of more than 40 minutes.
For an event charging approximately $700 per ticket, the lack of adequate personnel, organization, and professional security was unacceptable. The U.S. Open should ensure that sufficient resources are in place to manage crowds safely and efficiently. This experience was extremely disappointing and deserves the attention of event organizers
