迪拜滑雪场的点评
点评：There’s something delightfully ridiculous about leaving 40°C heat outside and, a few minutes later, finding yourself throwing snowballs and wondering if you’ve worn enough layers.
We went for the Snow Pass, which included one trip up the ski slope and one of the thrill attractions. For us, it was the perfect choice. We spent about an hour and a half exploring, playing in the snow, taking photos and simply enjoying the novelty of being in a proper winter environment. By that point, the cold had definitely won, and we were more than happy to thaw out back in the mall!
Everything was incredibly well organised. Collecting our jackets, trousers and boots was quick and efficient, and despite the crowds, the whole experience ran like clockwork.
My only gripe—and it’s the same frustration we’ve encountered at a few attractions in the UAE—is the Wi-Fi. To connect, you need to receive a one-time PIN by SMS. As tourists without international roaming, that simply wasn’t possible. So although they advertise free Wi-Fi, we couldn’t actually use it. It’s a shame because we couldn’t share photos or videos with friends and family while we were there. In 2026, there really has to be a better solution than relying on an SMS.
That small annoyance aside, Ski Dubai was a genuinely memorable experience. Snow in the middle of the desert? It sounds crazy… and somehow it works brilliantly.
