点评:First time at Blossom and the attraction was the Cleveland Orchestra. The day was on and off rainy and some weather warnings shortly before showtime led the venue to delay opening the gates and also delayed the concert start time 15 minutes.
When the gates were finally opened and we got to our seats under cover in the Pavilion, we enjoyed a wonderful concert with excellent acoustics for all aspects of the music. It was interesting to note that we had barely enough time to get to our seats before the music started, and I would not say that we were late arriving by any means.
Other reviews mention serious crowding and traffic issues. We had none, and I suspect it's because symphony music simply doesn't draw nearly as heavily as pop music shows, e.g., the lawn seating was virtually empty and even the Pavilion had many unoccupied seats.
We didn't try buying any food or beverages so can't comment on that but the experience we had was extremely positive.
