Ticket Modernization & Customer Service Needed Badly!
Jamestown Settlement的点评
点评：The amount of exhibits and information can be overwhelming. Overall the experience was positive but it could have been SO MUCH BETTER! I bought the 5 Day Pass for the Triangle and thought this would have me avoid lines, but just the opposite. We had to go to the Williamsburg Visitor Center and spend 30 minutes on a line to get physical tickets. On top of that the representative could not extract the info from my Google Wallet tickets and took another 20 minutes to get my tickets. After that, we went to Jamestown Settlement and had to stand in line another 15 minutes to get a wrist band. REALLY? Come on, let's get into the 21st century and make this process better.
Regarding the Jamestown Settlement experience, the customer service and instructions from the rep were poor - no map, no guidance, just point you in a direction. On top of that we almost completely missed the fort and ships outside the museum. Someone really needs to rethink how to present this for visitors.
The actual exhibits and demonstrators were very good. A frustrating day, but glad we went.
