点评:Jesse at the visitor center has the worst customer service. When I checked in she was dismissive and rude and double charged me on my deposit so she owe me 55$ yet somehow doesn’t seem to understand that and won’t return my money even though my bank account say other wise. So she sent me to the park account JT who also apparently can’t answer a phone. So I called back to the visitor center and got a John who has the worst attitude ever when I asked for help again so I ask for a general manager that is above all them and he was hesitant and reluctant to give me a name and number, after insisting to a rock of a brain (John) to give me a name of the GM I got Sharen Fuller. Hopefully after my complaint maybe she can work on her staffs customer service.
The only people that work here that are nice is the host volunteers across from us Bonnie. They are the best. They made our trip feel like home even with the awful customer service experiences.
Also site 8 has no shade and the worst parking. Btw
