Falls Incline Railway的点评
点评：What is there to say about the Niagara Parks Incline Railway that hasn’t already been said in the previous reviews? Probably not a whole lot, so I will keep my remarks brief and to the point!
The Incline Railway is a funicular railway situated directly across the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. While its primary purpose is functional – to get you from the Fallsview tourist area down to the Table Rock Centre and various Niagara Falls-related attractions (and vice versa) – it is also an attraction in its own right: Railway buffs will enjoy the brief 1-minute ride and all will love the beautiful views of Niagara Falls below.
An earlier TripAdvisor report said the ride is 45 seconds “at most,” but that is wrong. Actual ride time is just over a minute, but one should allow for at least 5 minutes each way, taking into consideration the loading time, etc. Yes, the ride is brief, but it saves you a lot of walking to or from Fallsview.
I should note, as well, that the Incline Railway is ideal for those with mobility challenges. The ride is a major time-saver and mostly smooth (the departure and arrival docking can be a little bumpy).
We enjoyed the short ride. It offered good value both in terms of time and money. Tickets are $4 for one-way travel and $8 for round-trip. We purchased a Niagara Falls pass earlier in the day, which included rides on the Incline Railway, so it didn’t cost us anything for our 2 roundtrips.
Pro tip: Purchase the Niagara Falls pass. It is good for the Incline Railway as well as a host of other attractions in and around Niagara Falls. Enjoy!
