点评:Wow! Do not miss the Great Orme! We had no idea how much we would enjoy this! We started out walking the pier and then decided to start walking up the Orme pathway. A little ways up we saw folks looking over the side and saw the birds and seals! So cool! We kept walking and decided to follow the signs to the copper mine. We walked past the church and then found our way to the mine. Amazing! I never expected to visit a Bronze Age copper mine that was mined 4000 years ago! This is truly a unique and fascinating look into history that many people will never see. They have uncovered two levels mining areas accessible to visitors and a total of seven levels which the other five are not accessible. They think they’ve only discovered 15% of what’s there. If you are in the area- do not miss this experience! We then made our way to the summit! What views! At this point we had walked about 3 miles and decided to take the tram back which was also a fun experience. We actually came back on a tour the next day (a quick van stop) but were fortunate to see the other side of the Orme we missed the previous day which had amazing sea views and the cashmere goats! What a wonderful experience along the coast!
