黄金博物馆的点评
点评：This was my third visit to the Museum of Gold in Bogota over three trips, and every time I discover something I missed on my previous visit.
Stepping inside is like stepping back in time and being transported to the misty mountains of Colombia. All exhibits are beautifully done, with signs both in Spanish and English. On this visit, the so-called experience room was under renovation. I loved the old version, it was mesmerizing.
I usually go as soon as museum opens to avoid the crowds. But even with crowds the museum doesn't feel busy and hard to navigate. The entry fee is pretty affordable.
There are lockers on the first floor to your left, which are very convenient. Bathrooms are on every floor, and there is also an elevator.
The museum has a coffee shop, which I didn't go into, and a museum shop with expensive but very high quality items.
I usually spend around 2 hours in the museum, which seem to be sufficient to see and experience everything. The museum staff has always been kind, friendly and professional.
