点评：Another great week! This time had 6 grandchildren along ages 3-12. Two issues. Cars must drive below 5mph through the loop. Usually so safe toddlers just walk in road. This year there were tons of e-bikes ridden by kids 4-14 fast! No helmets. One girl maybe 14 going 25 mph with a 4 year old riding with her holding on. Crazy! These kids would kill my 3 year old granddaughter if they hit her. Second issue - camp store had always resembled a camp store. You stay here for a week and inevitably need to get a lunch or breakfast at the store for your kid. The new proprietor of the store turned it into a Hamptons boutique! They are ripping off camp families. Chicken nuggets and fries used to run $11. Egg sandwiches $8. They feature a chicken nugget/ fries lunch with a “ flight” of dipping sauces and ginger ale for $49. Money grab within our park!!! Give me a break! Other than that a great week. Awesome staff, great lifeguards, great programs! Wondering if other changes have happened. Seemed like less softball games, less movies, less evening entertainment than in years past.
