中途岛号航空母舰博物馆的点评
点评：If you enjoy military history, even a little, please visit the Midway.
We arrived on a hot, humid San Diego day. We purchased tickets online weeks before, which I would also recommend as it makes entry much faster.
Upon entry, I would recommend getting in line for the Midway movie, it's a great documentary, along with being air conditioned.
Once we finished the movie, we started our exploration of the ship. There are multiple aircraft on the level you enter on. We decided to explore the ship after exploring the main level where some of the aircraft are stored.
There are multiple areas to explore on the ship. You are able to everything from the bunks for sailors, control rooms, air traffic control, mess hall, and all the areas (there are a lot of them!) that make the ship function.
After finishing the deck tour, we headed up to the flight deck to see the remaining collection of aircraft. There are fun cockpits to sit in and take pictures, along with great views of San Diego and the bay.
I would recommend giving yourself at least 3 hours for a good tour without rushing.
