点评：We were very disappointed in the distillery. It was literally the only place in a full week's holiday where we had any bad experience at all. There was a sign at the bottom of the stairs to the restaurant saying that they were currently full and that there was a wait of 15-30 mins for a table and to come upstairs and ask if you were interested. There was also another sign at the takeaway area downstairs saying that if you wanted takeaway coffee and cakes to go upstairs. So we duly went upstairs, as instructed. We were met at the top of the stairs by an extremely unwelcoming female member of staff who basically told us off for daring to come upstairs as there was a sign at the bottom saying they were full! We were utterly gobsmacked by her attitude. So unfriendly and unwelcoming - and clearly does not know what their own signs say!! We had intended to buy a bottle of whisky while we were there but decided not to in the circumstances. Lagg Distillery is fantastic and has very friendly staff and a superb cafe - I would recommend visiting it instead of Lochranza.
