文特加峡谷（Soteska Vintgar）的点评
点评：The Vintgar Gorge is a wonderful trip to take if in Slovenia. We drove from Ljubljana as we had a rental car. We parked and got the tickets and boarded the shuttle. Once we were dropped off we walked to the turnstile to scan our tickets and were given orange color helmets. We put those on and walked the length of the gorge--it is one way. It is quite picturesque and beautiful. The water was running fast, plenty of elevation drops and flat parts to make it interesting. Large amount of fish and varied geology makes it fun. The largest water drop is at the end of the trip. There is a cafe stop to welcome you when you finish the trip and one can rest there. AND THAT IS THE IMPORTANT PART.
What we were not told (or we missed it) and WHAT YOU MUST KNOW is that you have to WALK BACK FOR ABOUT 40 min (or more) to the point of where one picks up the shuttle. The walk back is mostly up and out through a beautiful forest. For us we paid for a taxi that was at mid point to get back to our parking spot (7 euros per person). We are active and in good shape so that was not an issue however not making clear that the shuttle is only one way is a significant omission.
