点评：Don't expect a typical Western tourist park with English signs explaining what you are looking at.
This is the absolute spiritual heart for all Hindus on the island, and it operates completely on its own terms.
The complex is huge stretching right up the slopes of Mount Agung with many small temples and renovations on going. The entrance is highly organized with an easy ticketing system, a multi-story parking facility (our taxi driver parked here) , and an electric shuttle buggy that takes you smoothly right to the temple base. There are crowds of tourists and many many stalls for eating and drinking but also active religious ceremonies and for tourist not allowed areas "marked: only for prayers". If you want a raw, stunning, and deeply real look at living history, it is an incredible experience and showing importance for Hindus.
