Not a fun day out at all!
德雷顿庄园公园的点评
点评：Five of us spent the day at Drayton Manor on the first day of the Feb half term 2026, and it was dire.
There were no welcome smiles as we queued to show our tickets; the park was eerily quiet, no music playing as we entered and many ‘ride closed’ signs as we made our way to the zoo area; a general feeling of this is not very child-appealing or friendly.
Loads of excited children and their parents on this miserable rainy half-term day, but we all found it very disappointing. It had been advertised as no thrill rides, just Thomas Land and the zoo, but it was so much less than that. So many rides and features closed, delayed or unexpectedly needing maintenance. Even sold-out ice-creams mid-afternoon on the first day of half-term - what bad planning.
My grandchildren were so disappointed, hence the photo on our departure.
I complained to Guest Services who placated me with some fast-track tickets - but they’d placated so many other visitors with the same that the fast-track queues were longer than the normal queues!!
I took up the matter with Drayton Manor and asked for a partial refund - I certainly felt I’d not had value for money. They refused, instead offering a discount on a more expensive ticket in a limited time frame. I declined as we won’t be returning again for another disappointing visit, and now they suggest there’s no need for further communication.
What an appalling customer service. I paid a lot of money for what was advertised as a fun day out - but a lot of it was closed, the park was unfriendly and badly managed - and Drayton Park still keep all their ticket money.

真是糟糕透顶的客户服务！我花了大价钱，本来以为能玩上一整天，结果很多地方都关了，公园管理混乱，工作人员态度恶劣——而德雷顿公园却把所有的门票收入都据为己有。
千万别去，否则你会后悔的！
