Amazing show! Great staff!

点评：Myself, my partner and two friends recently came to watch the Two Doors Down live show - it was absolutely incredible!
We were sat quite high up, though the view was still amazing! My partner had a slight issue with our seats as he didn’t realise how high up they were when booked, nor myself or him noticed until now that he was actually afraid of heights 🙈. However, it must have been about 20 minutes into the show and he had to leave as he said he felt light headed and sick.
When outside, a staff member noticed him in a bit of a haze and asked if she could help. Upon hearing, she made clear to him that he’s paid money for this show, so she was going to make sure he saw it one way or another.
She instantly issued us with new tickets in a lower section, free of charge and insisted we go back in and watch the show.
All four of us were moved to new seats with no extra cost. We tried to pay for this but she insisted she would not accept.
Whilst this might not seem like a big deal to many, it totally made our whole weekend and we are certainly viewing this as a massive deal!
Thank you so much for taking care of us all! We can’t wait to come back again (especially now that we know where we can sit)!
