Avoid This Company – Changed Route & Suspicious Card Fraud Afterwards

点评：1. False / Changed Itinerary
We booked this tour specifically for the original route and islands shown in the advertisement. However, the company completely changed the route on the day, and the places we most wanted to visit were skipped entirely.
2. Poor Handling & Rude Attitude
When customers complained, the staff were rude and dismissive. There was no real compensation offered. They only told us we could “come back the next day,” which is unrealistic for tourists and wastes an extra day of the trip.
3. Serious Payment Security Concerns
I paid through their online payment system using a Visa card that I had never previously used for other online purchases.
The day after the trip, my bank detected suspicious USD transactions and flagged them as potential fraud attempts (around €200 total). Fortunately, the transactions were blocked in time.
I cannot directly prove where the leak happened, but based on the timing, I seriously question the security of their payment system.

This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, or at minimum using a virtual/disposable card if you choose to book with them.
