The perfect mum & daughter spa break
Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat的点评
点评：Me and my mum stayed here for her 60th birthday spa break and we absolutely loved it. The facilities were amazing and the hot weather definitely helped - we spent lots of time relaxing and sunbathing which made it even more perfect. We both had the 25 minute head massage and it was incredible, I wish we’d booked longer treatments!
We stayed in one of the woodland pods which were super cute and had everything we needed. We especially loved the mini bar as an extra touch, with prices clearly listed on the leaflet which was really helpful.
The only slight downside was that the woodland pods are quite close to the events venue. There was a wedding on during our stay so we could hear the music until around midnight, which made it difficult to fall asleep early, and some wedding guests were staying in the pods too so you could hear people coming back later on. That said, we completely understood it was someone’s special day and didn’t have an issue with it and I really appreciated that the spa emailed us before to let us know there was an event taking place and even offered us the option to change our dates if we wanted to, which was a lovely gesture.
All the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The lady working in the indoor bar area was especially lovely. We had lunch, tea and breakfast in The Oaks and overall the food was very nice, although my lunch and tea were slightly overcooked (hard bacon and beef). The staff in there couldn’t do enough for you though, especially one lady with long brown hair in a ponytail whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch - she worked so hard while still giving exceptional customer service.
Overall, we absolutely loved this family run spa. We actually preferred it to some of the bigger, well known luxury spas in the North West because it felt much more relaxed, friendly and nowhere near as overcrowded or overbooked. We’ll definitely be back!

整个入住期间，所有员工都非常友好。室内酒吧的那位女士尤其热情。我们在橡树餐厅享用了午餐、下午茶和早餐，食物总体来说很不错，只是我的午餐和下午茶稍微有点过火（培根和牛肉有点硬）。不过，那里的员工服务周到，热情周到，尤其是一位扎着马尾辫的棕色长发女士，可惜我没记住她的名字——她工作非常努力，但服务态度却无可挑剔。
总而言之，我们非常喜欢这家家庭式水疗中心。我们甚至觉得它比西北地区一些规模更大、更知名的豪华水疗中心还要好，因为这里感觉更加轻松友好，而且人也不多，预订也更合理。我们一定会再来的！
