Our private journey through Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh with India Easy Trip Private Limited was a beautifully curated experience from start to finish.
A special thank you to Abhishek, Marketing Manager – International Sales, and Shivani, who spent almost six months understanding our preferences and creating an itinerary around them. We were particular about our hotels, room categories, views, locations and the pace of the journey, and Shivani handled every adjustment with patience and professionalism.
The 24/7 support thru out our trip was exceptional not sure if any other company can match their dedication.
What particularly impressed us was the team's ability to understand our expectations and recommend alternatives that were sometimes even better than our original choices. The properties selected and the overall arrangements suited our style of travel exceptionally well.
Jai Negi also deserves appreciation for the coordination that helped keep everything running smoothly.
Our chauffeurs were an important part of the experience. Shailendar Yadav, who travelled with us from 9–22 September, extremely skillful & experienced driver who was always punctual, careful and consistently attentive to our safety and comfort. He was much more than a driver, often anticipating what we needed and helping us enjoy each destination despite the language difference.
In Ladakh, TG, from 22–27 September, continued that same level of dependable service and handled the demanding mountain routes with great care.
This was our second journey with India Easy Trip, following our 2023 trip covering Char Dham, Haridwar, Varanasi and Rishikesh. Returning to the same company was a natural choice, and this journey reinforced that decision.
For us, luxury is not simply a five-star hotel—it is having an experienced team understand your preferences and take care of the details. India Easy Trip achieved that beautifully.

She handled all my requests, changes, questions and last-minute thoughts with incredible patience. I know I was not always the easiest traveller to please because I wanted everything to be just right—and she never once made me feel that I was asking too much.
Her dedication, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile are qualities that are truly difficult to find.
Shivani, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made this journey possible in the way I had envisioned it.
And of course, Abhishek, thank you for overseeing everything and for the trust and relationship you have built with us over the years.
