Stoer Lighthouse的点评
点评：I've always loved lighthouses and this trip was a perfect birthday gift.
The location is incredible. It's worth the journey, take your time and enjoy the views as you head north on roads that get quieter and narrower.
The accommodation is spotless, well fitted out and comfortable.
You cannot beat the location, we had great weather but the wind reminds you where you are at all times.
There's plenty opportunity for walks and nature, though nothing else, which is what I wanted.
Views are limited form the ground floor flat but you are on a cliff, so a few steps out the door and the world opens up.
I was disappointed by the lack of basics, there was no milk, even milk sachets, just an open box of tea bags left with two biscuits. There was a coffee machine but don't expect a decent refreshing hot drink unless your bring all the required ingredients. This felt a little mean after the long journey, especially compared to other places I've stayed.
If you want to experience the wild and wonderful life at a lighthouse then this is the perfect place.
