点评：Antonia guided us through the entire process of silk making, starting with breeding silkworms, collecting their eggs on a piece of cloth, keeping them in her shirt for seven days until they hatched, and subsequently transferring them to a shelf. She then began feeding them manually for a week before they could consume mulberry leaves on their own. They then start making their cocoons. the silk threads are reeled from the cocoons, followed by the processes of dyeing, plying, weaving, and embroidering. No spinning wheel or modern equipment is employed in this process. Once the silk thread has been spun into cloth, they then make it into garments and embroider the garments. The embroidery is very tedious and they have fabulous designs. These ladies have taken their business to the next level and are making things other than their traditional garments, so their village can exist past the age they are in now.
