Smooth cruising in Phang Nga Bay, Phuket

点评：A day cruising Phang Nga Bay on the Zambezia is one of those Phuket experiences I’d happily do again.
The Zambezia. a 53-foot catamaran, has space for up to 30 guests, but there were only 15 of us, which meant plenty of room to spread out. There are lots of places to sit, stretch out, and watch the limestone islands go by.
We left at 10am for James Bond Island and returned to the dock around 6pm. The ride was smooth, the boat was clean and comfortable, and even the toilets get a mention because, on a full-day boat trip, these things matter.
One of the best parts was stopping for the water toys. The slide got plenty of use, and the kayaks did too, which broke up the cruising nicely.
The crew service throughout the day was first-class, with Captain Wave running the boat and keeping everything moving smoothly.
A superb lunch is served on board - spring rolls, green curry, fried rice, roast chicken, salads, and abundant tropical fruit. Towels are provided, so leave the hotel towels behind, and you can bring your own drinks.
Phang Nga Bay is a spectacular place to explore from the water.
