点评：My family spent this past week-end in Madison GA. We have been there many times and it is a lovely small town, upscale with good shopping and dining. The accommodations around town are plentiful and range from upscale hotels and B & B's to your standard fare of chain hotels. Beautiful old mansions for a pilgrimage!!! We came across a baker on the square in madison this trip named Patisserie on the Square. How wonderful to find this in the USA instead of France!!! The pastries were divine and plentiful. I have had many pastries all over Europe including France, but these were just as good. They have all types and kinds and especially the Paris Brest which was heavenly. The coffee, vanilla and chocolate eclairs were so light and delicious they melt in your mouth. Loved this place. There are a couple of stools you can sit on but no tables so we took our goodies to a near by park across from the Madison Inn and enjoyed them there. We got coffee also before leaving and I chose Decaf. I saw when the coffee was going in the cup that it turned black. I looked and the coffee was black and had alot of grounds in it. I think most folks do not drink decaf and I believe the grounds were just sitting there and came out in my coffee. Maybe better attention to the coffee. Hats off to their wonderful baker though.
