A peaceful village hidden in the city

点评：We had a wonderful afternoon exploring this area, and it really did feel like a peaceful little village tucked away inside the bustling city. The vibe is so calm, with quiet cobblestone alleyways, small market stalls selling local souvenirs, and so much history packed into one spot. It was fascinating seeing all the differnt places of worship located so close together. Walking between the ancient churches and the historic synagogue was a truly memorable experience, and the architecture everywhere was just stunning. It felt like stepping back in time while strolling through the shaded streets. It is a very unique neighborhood that you definitely should not miss if you want to see a quieter, spiritual side of the city. We spent a couple of hours here just taking photos and soaking in the atmosphere, and I cannot recommend a visit enough.
