点评：If you're visiting the Carousel Water & Fun Park or just passing through Beach Lake, you absolutely have to stop at the Carousel Park Dairy Bar & Cafe. It was the perfect addition to our day!
The menu has something for everyone, but the dairy bar is the real star of the show—the ice cream is rich, creamy, and exactly what you need after a day in the sun. We also grabbed a few bites from the cafe, and the food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot perfectly.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Even with a busy summer crowd, the staff was incredibly friendly, quick, and kept the seating area clean and welcoming. It has that wonderful, nostalgic family-park vibe that makes you want to come back year after year. Highly recommended for families, locals, or anyone with a sweet tooth exploring the Poconos. We will definitely be back!
