点评：We had dinner at Pracimasana inside of Mangkunegaran Palace, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The menu is the same one sometimes served to the King himself, and you can truly taste why. Every dish was delicious, with flavors so beautifully balanced. It was the perfect way to experience authentic local cuisine in a way that anyone can enjoy, whether you're adventurous with food or not.
The service was outstanding: super attentive, warm, and completely genuine. We felt like honored guests from the moment we arrived until the very end of the evening.
The palace tour is a must if you're in the area. It's a fascinating look into the history and culture of this special place. But the real treasure is the dinner. If you only do one thing here, make it this. It's an experience we'll remember for a long time.
