🌟 Wonderful Stay at Brantley Lake State Park

点评：We visited Brantley Lake State Park in April 2026, and our stay turned into one of those unexpectedly memorable trips. When we first arrived, the campsite we were assigned was too small for our setup — but the camp host, Blythe, quickly upgraded us to a beautiful lakefront site. It ended up being the perfect spot, with peaceful views from sunrise to sunset. Our fur-baby would lay out, on her cot, soaking up the views all day long.
While unhooking our Jeep it decided it needed a little attention and refused to start. Again, Blythe came to our rescue without hesitation. She jumped right in to help, and we hit it off immediately. The moment she found out we were from New Orleans, her whole face lit up. As a thank‑you, I cooked her some Crawfish Étouffée — her favorite — and she loved it so much she even took some to share with the other camp host.
Between the upgraded lakefront site, the calm atmosphere, and the genuinely kind people we met, this park made a big impression on us. Beautiful park, great vibes, and even better people. We’d absolutely stay again!!
