Ragdale Hall Spa的点评
点评：My wife and I stayed at Ragdale Hall for a few days after our wedding.
The first thing that stood out was the welcome. As soon as we arrived, the staff were brilliant. We were taken into the Garden Room and given a glass of champagne each while everything was explained to us. It was genuinely one of the nicest welcomes we’ve had anywhere.
We were given a map of the hotel and spa and shown to our room. The room was perfectly fine. Clean, comfortable and with a separate bath and shower, which we liked. Nothing flashy, but it had everything we needed.
This was my first stay at a proper spa hotel and, if I’m honest, I think my expectations were a bit too high. There wasn’t anything wrong with the place at all. Everything was good. The facilities were good, the staff were good, the treatments were good. I just never had that “wow” feeling that I was expecting.
We had two treatments during our stay and really enjoyed both of them.
The food was a bit of a mixed bag. The evening meals in the main restaurant were excellent and the service throughout our stay was faultless. Breakfast was probably the weakest part for us, with less choice than we expected. We also ate in the Verandah Bar and enjoyed that, although the atmosphere in the main dining room felt a little canteen like at lunch times.
Overall, we had a lovely few days and came away feeling relaxed. The staff are a real credit to Ragdale Hall and were consistently friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, but it’s probably not somewhere we’d rush back to.

总的来说，我们度过了愉快的几天，离开时感觉很放松。拉格代尔庄园酒店的员工非常出色，始终热情友好，乐于助人。我们很享受这次住宿，但可能不会急着再次入住。
