Pay to walk round the lake!!

点评：Wouldn’t usually write this type of review but very unhappy with my experience.
We booked at the garden centre for our grandmother’s birthday so the staff should have already been prepared for a large group (you’d think)
First experience, the girl on the till was extremely moody, not interested in conversation, not even a smile.
Second issue, we were told we had ordered too much food. Apparently we ordered so much that our order disappeared off the screen at the bottom so the chef missed a third of our order. The food was eventually delivered but only after half of the table had finished. We were offered a round of complementary drinks as a result, which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review and in fairness, the food wasn’t too bad.
The final straw was that you cannot even walk around the lake without having to pay!!! £5 for children, £2.50 for adults. Doesn’t sound bank breaking but for a group of 13, just to walk round the lake for an hour gets expensive.
