Uncharted Escapes的点评
点评：Booked the full day winery and olive oil factory tour - it was a fantastic day with superb weather.
First visit to the olive oil plant to learn about the different qualities and how the oil is extracted from the olives. This included tasting different types. Then it was on to the wine tasting at a local vineyard where we tried several wines both red and white and a rose. Again good detailed info on the grape varieties and production.
We then stopped at the location of the oldest olive tree in Europe - over 3500 years old!!!!
From there it was up into the mountain area where we went from Asphalt to track along the winding roads and incredible scenery, with goats, sheep and plenty of other stuff to see which included a few photo stops. This led us to a gorgeous local taverna where lunch had been laid on. That lunch was brilliant, locally grown product which included a starter, main and then dessert with some Raki to finish it off.
Now…….. what stood out above all of the fantastic things above was the driver - Louise (or Lou Lou as she liked to be called). She was absolutely brilliant, had us laughing all
The way and clearly knowledgeable about the route and area. Her driving was impeccable and safe. With my wife having mobility issues Lou went way above and beyond making sure that where ever she stopped it was as close to the place we were getting out as possible to minimise any walking.
She was an absolute star and made the day that much better.

不过……在上述所有这些出色的体验中，最令人印象深刻的要数司机——路易丝（她喜欢被人称作“露露”）。她简直太棒了，一路上把我们逗得哈哈大笑，而且显然对路线和周边地区了如指掌。她的驾驶技术无可挑剔且十分安全。由于我的妻子行动不便，Lou尽心尽力确保她所停留的地点尽可能靠近我们要下车的地点，从而尽量减少她的步行距离。
她真是太出色了，让这一天变得更加美好。
