Stanley House Hotel & Spa的点评
点评：We have been to the spa at Stanley House on many occasions and loved it. Unfortunately our recent visit was a very big disappointment. We booked a package facial spa and afternoon tea £149. The facial was very good but after that it went down. In the past there have been 8 people allowed in the spa area. This fitted the size of the spa and the various thermal rooms and changing rooms. This has doubled to 16 which was absolute chaos getting changed .. 16getting ready to go in and 14 coming out was awful ,… people having to change in the area where you could dry your hair .. no chance of a shower. The actual spa is very tired and dirty in certain areas. No plastic cups for water. Someone filming the experience for themselves but including us as she filmed the whole place on her phone. Not acceptable. Would not recommend a visit. When we got to the restaurant for our afternoon tea .. we were told there was no afternoon tea left 😒. Very disappointing after a terrible spa experience. We did have a refund for the tea but not enough for us. As we were waiting to see the manager 4 ladies came in were taken to a table and later served 4 afternoon teas .. so very annoying.
