点评:The dog and I managed the walk in about 3 hours. I was glad I took water and snacks for us both as it was hot. ( The walk would be harder in winter. The tracks are a mix of steep and rocky, flat gravel, uneven terrain and gentle climbs ).
You don't have to do all the waterfalls and, depending on where you park, you can cut part of the route (check MAPS). I parked at Cwn Porth and did a circular route. When I got to Sgwd Yr Eira waterfall, I found there were too many steep steps for the dog to manage (short legs !) I attempted to carry him but had to turn back. I saw the other waterfalls and they were beautiful.
It was an enjoyable walk. I arrived early: it was quiet but quickly got busier. There were quite a few people as it's summer - but there was a good atmosphere and people discussing the route/their dogs... There are no dog bins, so I took "it" back to the car park - but no bins there either. Staff told me they "prefer visitors take it away" - so I did, no problem. However, considering it is a popular spot - this may be why some reviewers have mentioned little black bags left in situ. Having said that, I didn't see any rubbish on my walk that day.
Staff were friendly. There was a food van serving bacon baps/burgers/coffees etc
Parking fee applies.
