I have known Navin, Simran, and the entire Grand Jewelers team for more than ten years, and they continue to exceed every expectation. They don’t just sell jewelry—they get to know you. They take the time to understand your style, your story, and what pieces will truly feel perfect for you. That personal connection is what sets them apart.
Navin has a gift for working his “magic numbers,” and somehow he always makes the experience fun, relaxed, and memorable. Simran and the staff go above and beyond in every interaction, treating you and your family with warmth, honesty, and genuine interest. With them, it never feels like a transaction; it feels like a relationship built on trust.
What makes them even more remarkable is their commitment to you long after you leave the island. If something doesn’t work out or you need help with a piece, they take care of it remotely—no stress, no hassle. Even if you can’t make it back to St. Thomas, you can FaceTime them, get all the information you need, and they handle everything with the same care and attention as if you were standing right in the store.
Their dedication, kindness, and genuine interest in making every experience the best it can be are unmatched. Grand Jewelers is a business built on relationships, and that’s why I return year after year. Truly an exceptional team and a joy to work with.
