Trinidad Lake State Park的点评
点评：We enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely area and a short drive to Trinidad and also the new Fisher Peak State Park is about 6 miles down the road. Did not realize until we were there that there is no access from the Carpios Ridge campground to the Lake. Campground is on a very high ridge with steep drop offs. You can see the Lake but no access. To get to the Lake either go to the Boat ramp off of Route 12 or to the South Shore campground on the other side of the lake. Carpios Ridge is a very quiet campground. Very restful. All sites at Carpios have electricity - a few have sewer and water. Most campsites are gravel, but some are paved. It has one super clean, large bath house that serves the whole campground - showers, flush toilets, and laundry. Limited shade in campground.
At South Shore campground you can access the Lake via walking (campground is not on the shore) or driving car to shore. The South Shore campground does not have electricity but does have a shared water spicket and outhouse. It is on a dirt/gravel road.
